Hello I’m Sascha. I'm a neurodivergent learning designer and facilitator with 20+ years creating transformational experiences. I’m the founder of We the Creators and we teach trainers and L&D teams how to design training that works for all kinds of minds.

My approach combines learning science, neurodiversity research, and practical frameworks that work in real organisations with real constraints.
