You know neuro-inclusion matters.
But how do you know how neuro-inclusive your training actually is?
15-20% of people are neurodivergent
Most training isn't designed with that in mind.
Not because trainers don't care, but because nobody's ever shown you how.
Introducing:
How to Design and Deliver Neuro-inclusive Training
A 3-part live virtual course that teaches you a practical, research backed system for designing training that works for different types of thinkers.
This is for you if:
You don't know how neuroinclusive your training is and you've got no way to assess it
You've never been taught how your own processing style shapes the way you design and deliver
You want a practical, research-based approach you can apply to anything you design or deliver
What you’ll be able to do after the course:
Understand your own processing style
and how it shapes your defaults as a trainer (whether you are neurodivergent or not)
Audit your own training
and understand what needs to change and why
Learn a set of principles
for neuroinclusive design and delivery and how to apply them
Feel confident doing it
without second guessing yourself
Psst! This course works for you whether….
You’re running your own training business and you want to add the neurodiversity lens to what you already do.
You're neuro-divergent yourself and you've been designing from instinct — but you want something more structured
You’re an associate who delivers other people's content and you need to know what you can do within that
You're relatively new to training or facilitation and want to build neuro-inclusion in from the start

We The Creators trained all our trainers on neuroinclusive delivery. The sessions were packed with practical, easy-to-adopt examples. And it's genuinely changed how we deliver.”
Hattie Willis, Founder Guessworks Training
“I left Sascha’s course with concrete, implementable steps for designing more neuroinclusive learning experiences - not just good intentions. The course changed a lot for me.“
Guy Stephens, Trainer and Facilitator. Lego Serious Play practitioner
I was aware that not all traditional L&D designs were working for all brains in the room. I just wasn’t sure how to fix it. Since the programme I have applied what I learnt and the feedback has been universally excellent.
Lisa Reeves, Leadership and communications facilitator.
How it works
Part 1:
Understand how you and others think
(13th April, 2-4.30pm)
You'll discover your own processing style and learn how it shapes your training. Then we'll cover what neurodiversity actually means and and how it shows up in the training room and workshops.
Part 2:
Go deeper
(20th April, 2-4.30pm)
You'll learn the principles of neuroinclusive design and how to apply them. You'll leave with a brief: redesign part of one of your own sessions before joining the coaching group
Part 3:
Coaching
(27th April, 2-3.30pm or 28th April 2-3.30pm)
You bring your redesign and we work through it together in a small group. You leave with something you've actually made.

Hello, I'm Sascha
I've been designing learning for over 20 years. I'm neurodivergent myself and I've spent the last few years working out why some training works brilliantly for some people and completely loses others.
I’ve paired up with leading academic researchers to develop a system that I’ve used inside organisations like Virgin, Lloyds Banking Group and SBRI Healthcare. It’s based on academic research, plus the work I've done with neurodivergent learners and the trainers who work with them. And because I was a theatre producer, it's delivered in a way that's engaging, human (and nothing like a lecture.)
No jargon. No judgement.
Just practical changes you can use straight away.
