Turning a big, messy idea into a powerful live experience
I joined The Uncertainty Experts halfway through its development. It was ambitious, original and full of ideas. Too many ideas. ( I have full permission from Sam and Katherine to say that!)
I worked closely with Sam and Katherine to creatively reshape it. We pulled the experience apart, worked out what each section needed to do, came up with new ideas, cut what was superfluous and rebuilt the structure around what mattered most.
My role ranged from shaping the overall creative direction to developing individual moments, rewriting content and directing how things looked and felt on stage. I also worked closely with Sam on his performance and delivery.
The result was a clearer, more powerful experience that kept the ambition of the original idea, but made it really connect with its audience.
