Turning great IP into a workshop built to scale

The Power House had developed Smart Conflict, a framework for handling conflict more effectively at work. When a major professional services firm commissioned them to deliver it to thousands of their people, they needed to rethink how that expertise translated into a live and scalable workshop

I worked closely with Alice and Louise to redesign the experience. We broke the content into clear blocks, identified the ideas that mattered most, and shifted the emphasis from presenting the frameworks to helping participants explore, practise and apply it.

We introduced more interaction and different ways into the content, then rehearsed the workshop, tested it in delivery and refined it again. The final design was captured in a practical handbook they could use to plan and deliver the workshop.

The result was a workshop that was more participative, easier to deliver repeatedly and ready to take their thinking to a much bigger audience.
