Immersive Schools
What if an open day didn't feel like an open day?
Schools are often trying to stand out in a crowded market, while relying on many of the same open days, prospectuses and marketing approaches as everyone else.
We took a completely different approach.
I redesigned the school's recruitment and marketing programme around immersive experiences, using games, storytelling and participation to give prospective pupils and families a very different introduction to the school.
That included reimagining open days as immersive experiences, designing games and activities, and finding creative ways for people to experience what made the school distinctive rather than simply being told about it.
The work went on to receive national recognition, including Engage Awards CX Innovation of the Year, runner-up at the CX Leader of the year Women in Marketing Awards, and runner-up for TES Education Marketing Campaign of the Year.
