In this interactive masterclass, you'll learn:

Why understanding neurodiversity makes your training better for everyone, (not just neurodivergent people)

Why the status quo is broken and why waiting for people to request adjustments is inefficient and expensive

Who you're not seeing - the learners you're accidentally excluding in your training sessions

Practical tips you can immediately apply to your training to make it neuroinclusive

Hello I’m Sascha.

I'm a neurodivergent learning designer and facilitator with 20+ years creating transformational experiences.

I’m the founder of We the Creators and we teach trainers and L&D teams how to design training that works for all kinds of minds.

My approach combines learning science, neurodiversity research, and practical frameworks that work in real organisations with real constraints.

"Waiting for learners to ask for individual adjustments isn’t a strategy - it’s firefighting."
