A 3-part live virtual course that teaches you a practical, research backed system for designing training that works for different types of thinkers.

I'm Sascha. I've spent 20+ years designing learning experiences, and I'm neurodivergent myself.

I created this course because I kept meeting brilliant trainers who cared deeply about neuroinclusion but had no framework for actually doing it.

How it works

Part 1:

Understand how you and others think

(13th April, 2-4.30pm)

You'll discover your own processing style and learn how it shapes your training. We'll cover what neurodiversity actually means and and how it shows up in the training room and workshops.

Part 2:

Go deeper

(20th April, 2-4.30pm)

You'll learn the principles of neuroinclusive design and how to apply them. You'll leave with a brief: redesign part of one of your own sessions before joining the coaching group

Coaching

(27th April, 2-3.30pm or 28th April 2-3.30pm)

You bring your redesign and we work through it together in a small group. You leave with something you've actually made
