About us
Sascha Evans
Founder
Hello, I'm Sascha
I've spent over 20 years designing and delivering learning experiences for organisations including Virgin, SBRI Healthcare, and global FMCGs.
I founded We The Creators because I kept meeting brilliant trainers who cared deeply about neuroinclusion but had no framework for it. They weren't doing anything wrong - they just didn't know what they didn't know.
I built Neurocolours, a practical, research-backed system - developed alongside researchers at UCL - that helps you adapt your training for all our different ways of processing. It can be used whether you're designing a training programme from scratch or delivering someone else’s content.
Meet the team
Sascha Evans, Founder
Sascha has spent 20+ years creating experiences that make people think differently, from producing work with the National Theatre, Bristol Old Vic and Battersea Arts Centre, to designing global conferences, to building mental health start ups, to working with neurodivergent children in schools. She is the creator of the Neurocolours ecosystem. Sascha is ADHD.
Jessica Spiegler, Research Lead
Jessica is a researcher at University College London, specialising in neurodiversity and autistic employment. Using mixed-methods and co-produced approaches, she examines inclusion across workplaces, education, and digital spaces, informed by her background working in the education sector and autistic lived experience.
Annmarie Hughes, Operations Manager
Annmarie has over two decades of experience in legal, corporate and consultancy including a senior legal executive role at DEPFA Bank. She has extensive experience of operations and project management within learning and development environments.
We also work with specialist collaborators across accessibility and neuroinclusive learning design, many of whom are either neurodivergent or disabled.
