Do you know how neuroinclusive your training actually is?

The Neurocolours Workshop

A two-hour online workshop where you’ll learn exactly where your training needs fixing and what to fix first

What you’ll learn

Who is this workshop for?

Facilitators & trainers: who know neuroinclusion is important but aren’t sure where to start

Educators and teachers: who have neurodivergent students in their classrooms and want to assess what’s working for them

Speakers and presenters: who want to be clear and communicate effectively, to different types of audiences

Team leaders: who need to regularly present complex information to teams and colleagues and want to get better at communicating clearly

What you’ll be able to do afterwards

Spot the different learner profiles in any group you train

Run any piece of training - yours or someone else's - through the Neurocolour Wheel audit

Spot where your training causes friction, and which of the 8 rules it might be breaking

Say what to fix first and why

What previous participants have said

  • "The learning is so practical! We audited our own approaches, identifying strengths and opportunities to enhance our current design and delivery, and created plans to put those improvements into practice."

    Dawn Smart, Labyrinth Learning

  • "Just when you think your training is hitting the mark, the NeuroColour Wheel offers a fresh perspective. It highlights blind spots that can unintentionally limit learner engagement and has challenged me to move beyond designing for my own preferences and strengths. "

Christina Zinger, Saskatchewan Workers' Compensation Board

  • "Sascha has a knack for making learning easy and teaching others to do the same. The clear, colourful structure of the course and the lively, interactive delivery made it not only enjoyable but very easy to apply immediately"cription goes here"

    Kathy Calmejane, European Investment Bank

Course leader

Hello, I'm Sascha

I've spent over 20 years designing transformative experiences for organisations including Virgin, SBRI Healthcare, and Lloyds Bank, as well as producing theatre with the National Theatre, Bristol Old Vic and Battersea Arts Centre

I created the Neurocolours Design System because I kept meeting brilliant trainers who cared deeply about neurodiversity but had no framework for it.

So I built a practical, research-backed system - alongside researchers at UCL - that translates the science of how different people learn, focus and stay motivated into practical tools trainers can actually use.

It works whether you're designing from scratch, reworking existing content, or delivering someone else’s.
