Who’s running it?

Hello I’m Sascha.

I'm a creative learning designer and facilitator with 20+ years creating transformational experiences.

I’m the founder of We the Creators and we teach trainers and L&D teams how to design training that works for all kinds of minds.

My approach combines learning science, neurodiversity research, and practical frameworks that work in real organisations with real constraints.

What the session involves:

Format

Online session via Zoom.

When you book you’ll be sent a joining link.

Relaxed, practical, with an opportunity to ask questions.

You choose how you interact. There’s no pressure to contribute if you just want to watch.

A: No you can choose - whatever makes you comfortable.

Q: How can I interact in the session?

A: You choose. You can ask questions in the chat or raise your hands and ask verbally. In this session you’ll be working on your own training, so bring pens and paper

Q: Do I need any prior knowledge about neurodiversity?
A: No. This is an introduction - no prior knowledge needed.

Q: Will this be recorded?
A: No - this is a live, interactive session only.
