Neurocolours Essentials
A four week group programme that teaches you the essentials of neuroinclusive training and facilitation
Most trainers and facilitators care deeply about neurodiversity.
Far fewer know how to design for it.
Neurocolours Essentials is a 4 week programme for trainers and facilitators who want to design and deliver more neuroinclusive learning.
Learn a practical, evidence-based approach to designing for neurodiversity, and apply it directly to your own training.
What you’ll learn
-
Start the course with a one hour piece of video learning.
Meet the Neurocolour Wheel: your eight rules for neuroinclusive training - and some of the learning theory they are based on.
You’ll rate a piece of your own training against each of the eight principles, so you can see exactly where your training is strong - and where it might be causing unhelpful friction. -
The first live session!
Learn your own traits as a trainer and facilitator.
Understand different learner profiles and why traditional training methods may not work for some.
Learn more about the science of neurocognitive domains.
-
We go through the Neurocolours Design Palette tool.
You’ll learn and practise a series of tools and techniques to help you design workshop materials neuroinclusively. -
In this session, we’ll work through the Neurocolours Delivery Palette.
A series of repeatable workshop activities you can use in any session.
-
This is where you apply everything you’ve learnt to a piece of your own training and we work on it as a group.
We’ll also have an end of programme round up - focussing on what we’ve learnt and how we can implement it

Hello, I'm Sascha
I've spent over 20 years designing transformative experiences for organisations including Virgin, SBRI Healthcare, and Lloyds Bank, as well as producing theatre with the National Theatre, Bristol Old Vic and Battersea Arts Centre
I created Neurocolours because I kept meeting brilliant trainers who cared deeply about neurodiversity but had no framework for it.
So I built a practical, research-backed system - alongside researchers at UCL - that translates the science around how different people learn, focus and stay motivated.
It works whether you're redesigning a programme from scratch, adapting or working with someone else’s content.
