Why this matters

Every group you work will likely include neurodivergent people

Every group you coach or train includes neurodivergent people, whether they've told you or not. Many people don't share it at work, and some don't know themselves. So the most reliable approach is to design and run your sessions so they work for everyone, however they think and process information.

That's what Neurocolours teaches. It's a practical framework of eight principles, developed alongside researchers at University College London, that you can use to plan, audit and deliver any session, from a one-to-one coaching conversation to a full-day workshop for school leaders.
